Community Care Alliance is looking for a full time outreach community liaison to work in its new program through the State Opioid Response Grant (SOR).  The goal of this program is to provide emergency services and enhance partnerships in the community to support individuals with behavioral health disorders with a priority to those at risk for substance abuse disorders. 

Duties include: outreach to local agencies in Northern Rhode Island to encourage/educate agencies to refer to our community mental health center 24/7 services.  Assist contract manager in data entry, collection, and reports. Attendance at meetings with Regional Prevention Task Force and Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, Hospitals (BHDDH) as scheduled.

Employee must have a minimum of a BA in human services or related field. Knowledge of community resources, computer and public speaking skills, and organization skills strongly preferred.  Employee must also have valid driver’s license for traveling to various sites throughout the state.
