Our client is looking for an highly experienced Fire Safety Manager \u2013 who has a proven track record in this field. \u2022Have overall responsibility for the delivery, reporting and managemenht of actions arising from the FRA programme \u2022Act as competent person on behalf of RBKC Housing dept \u2022Liaise with LFB and other professional and legislative posides \u2022Investigate and resolve any fire safety issue \u2022Advise on changes in legislation and changes thereof \u2022Respond to adhoc enquiries from residents and council Members and stakeholder \u2022Be responsible for the door replacement programme \u2022Be a source of technical expertise for related matter \u2022Maintain Housing Management Policy and Strategy on Fire Safety in consultation with RBKC and LFB to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and best practice. \u2022Must be technically qualified for example NEBOSH Cert in Fire Safety \u2022Receive LFB Deficiency Notices & advise senior team. Instruct relevant teams on required work
