It is anticipated that the senior planners assigned to support this contract will conduct work and produce work products as directed by Jacobs. The PMO Planners will help the PMO execute Objective 1. Senior Level Planners assigned to this task order, must be able to work independently or/and in close coordination with Jacobs staff who may be working remotely. Responsibilities anticipated include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop plans, processes, and procedures during steady state preparedness and operational phases of performance
Assist in the development and maintenance of a Resource Plan
Develop and maintain Disaster Response Operations Plans
Develop disaster specific mass care and construction services Playbooks
Training and exercising planning
Provide planners to be a part of Mission Planning Team (MPT) resources
Attend conferences and prepare summary reports
Participate in national, regional, and state level preparedness exercises
Develop an IASC Training Plan
Participate in formal class room training in mass care services
Prepare for and attend meetings as directed
Maintain records and management tools
Other duties as directed by Jacobs
Prepare plans with sufficient detail to provide support to Jacobs/FEMA from which to make decisions in the event of a Task Order
Participate in and attend above activities as requested.
Bachelors degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management or similar field and two years of related work experience. A college degree is the equivalent of four years of experience (i.e. six years of specific experience required without college degree)

Familiarity with the FEMA Individual Assistance program
American Red Cross Shelter Operations Training
Experience working in a shelter during a disaster
