Profile

Deploy with the BC/DR team in support of real-world continuity activation.
Ensure the quality of all products by ensuring deliverable are error free and represent the professional, executive-level nature of this work.
Stay abreast of current continuity standards, best practices, technologies, and other resources from industry and government, bringing suggestions to BC/DR staff.
Possess a valid driver’s license to operate government vehicles in the performance of their continuity of operations tasks.
Multi-task to perform other duties as required, including technical and administrative support to other BC/DR projects and activities.
n Required Competencies:
n Continuity of operations (COOP) and/or business continuity subject matter expertise with at least five years of experience, including dedicated experience in developing and executing continuity TT&E activities.
Experience in project management, including setting priorities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and ensuring adequate staffing.
Experience interacting with senior and mid-level executives, providing guidance, consulting services, training, and facilitating working sessions or tabletop exercises.
Strong experience with document creation, management, and quality assurance, including professional writing.
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office products- particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- is required.
Experience working in the federal sector.
n Desired Competencies:
n Continuity planning or related certification (DRII CBCP, etc.)
Experience using WebEOC software tool.
Secret clearance or ability to attain.

MBL is looking for a candidate to provide planning, technical writing, and coordination support for TT&E activities. Activities include:
Support BC/DR staff in the development, execution, and after-action reporting and tracking for TT&E events and participation in TT&E activities.
Assist in the development, delivery, and tracking of continuity awareness training for the workforce.
