Overview:

 

Mercy Hospital Carthage is seeking an Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The mid-level works, in collaboration with, and under the supervision of a physician and performs delegated medical acts within the scope of practice of the supervising physician and consistent with the mid-level skills, competence and scope of practice. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Mid-Level Practitioner (P.A. or ARNP) licensed in the State of Missouri
• Experience: Previous experience with the delivery of primary and emergent care under protocols preferred.
• Required Education: Licensed Mid-Level Practitioner, Plus satisfactory completion of academic educational program that prepares the individual to perform an expanded role in the delivery of primary care.
• Certifications: BLS / ACLS
